How it Works
1. Choose Your Category
Read all the categories here. Choose the one that best fits your venue’s strengths. The category you enter must directly correspond to your venue’s offerings. Each category includes a description of the judging criteria to guide your decision.
4. Submit Your Entry
Your entry will include questions tailored specifically to your chosen category. Please take your time to complete each question thoroughly. You will need to describe your venue, provide essential details such as location, capacity, and unique features, and discuss your amenities, technology, and overall strategy. You will be required to upload images, videos, and other relevant materials.
2. Read the Guidelines
Find the complete guide to entering the Canadian Venue Awards here. Each category includes judging criteria to help you craft a winning entry. Ensure the category you enter directly corresponds to your venue’s offerings. The entry process is straightforward and easy.
5. Wait for the Nominations
Once the portal closes, all entries will be reviewed, judged, and scored by a panel of industry experts. Finalists will be announced online and via email. CSE will showcase the finalists on our website and social media channels. You will receive a digital badge and social media graphics to share with your community and clients
3. Go to the Entry Portal
To start your entry, click the Enter Now button at the top or bottom of this page. Select your categories and complete the registration form. After registering, you will receive an email containing your private PIN code, which you will use to access the entry portal and complete your venue submission. The early bird deadline to complete your entry is September 30, 2024, and the final deadline is October 18, 2024. 6. Celebrate & Promote
Winners will be announced in November and featured in Canada’s Premier Event Venue Guide for 2025, which is due out in January 2025.
